Armed Forces Day is a chance to show your support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families, veterans and cadets.
AmeyBriggs is proud to be a key Defence contractor responsible for supporting our Armed Forces in the UK and on deployments worldwide. We are fully committed to the Team MITER ‘One-Team’ Ethos and we continually strive to meet the unique demands of the military. A large proportion of our employees are either Reservists, Veterans or Forces’ Families which reinforces our determination to deliver the best possible service. AmeyBriggs’ Engineers and the Training Team regularly deploy worldwide to support the Armed Forces in overseas locations from Germany, Cyprus, Belize, and Kenya to more remote locations like Nepal and the Falkland Islands.
In addition to providing equipment and training to the MOD, we also now provide Sponsored Reserve Operators and Maintainers as part of our Whole Force Approach (WFA).
AmeyBriggs shows our support to the Armed Forces by actively recruiting Service Leavers, Veterans and Forces’ Families. We encourage colleagues to join the Reserves and also sponsor Royal Engineer Motorsport and the Military Plant Foremen Study Day and Dinner.
